Michelle has 29 years of Nursing and management experience in Hospital setting, Home Care, Medical/Legal Consulting. Michelle is a forerunner of entrepreneurial nursing, she was the first nurse in her tri-county area to receive certifications in Critical Care Nursing and Legal Nurse Consulting. Michelle’s areas of expertise include critical care, trauma, infection control, employee health, education and management.
Brandie E. Landis – Co-owner and Vice-President & COO of Health and Home Services Unlimited, Inc. located in Michigan and Co-owner and Vice-President of Crossroads Home Care, Inc. located in Indiana. Brandie has over 16 years experience in the health care field, with a primary emphasis on social work. Her areas of expertise consist of social work, special needs individuals (adult and children) and working with TBI clients.
Megan R.M. Stiverson, BA, JD – Chief Administrative Officer responsible for all day to day activities for Health and Home Services Unlimited, Inc. and legal liaison for both Health and Home Services and Crossroads Home Care, Inc. Megan has 4 years of health care experience her areas of expertise are in healthcare law. Currently, Megan is pursuing a specialty in Elder Law. Megan worked as the Assistant Prosecutor for Hillsdale county court system before joining our team as the CAO.
Alyssa J. Masta – Administrative Coordinator Health and Home Services Unlimited, Inc. Alyssa has 4 years of healthcare experience. She is responsible for overseeing scheduling and the HR department. She is currently completing her Registered Nurse degree.
Sonya Cramer – Finance Coordinator responsible for billing oversight, payroll and all other financial aspect of the business. Sonya has 4 years of home health care financial experience.
Mandi Miller, CAN – Scheduling Coordinator Mandi has 3 1/2 years of healthcare experience. She is responsible for client and employee schedules.
Patty Smith – Billing Assistant. Patty has 8 years of home healthcare experience. She is responsible for the day to day billing entry and chart maintenance.
